Take the boiled arbi and press it slightly to flatten it. Take a pan or tava..heat it with oil...cook these flatten arbi in oil till golden brown from both sides. Then take kadhai..heat it with little amount of oil.crackle heeng and other spices... except salt..add cook arbi...then add salt and amchur powder and cook for another 5-7 mins..ready to serve.
