  • 3 cupsbeef stock 1 green pepper finely chopped
  • 100 mldouble cream
  • to tasteSalt and ground black pepper

    Heatthe oil in a pan and gently cook the onion until soft

    Stir in the green pepper and cream

    Add the stock and allow to simmer
