Ingredients

  • 1 packetaata maggi
  • 1.1/2 cupwater
  • 2boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 2 tbspboiled peas
  • 2 tbspboiled corn
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspdeggi mirch/ lal mirch powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 packmagic maggi masala
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cuphalf boiled maggi noodles
  • 1 tspseasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add mashed boiled potatoes..then add peas,corn,onions and coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Now add all spices mix together

  3. 3

    Now add in boiled maggi,bread crumbs mix well without mashing noodles

  4. 4

    Prepare a oval shape and cover with half boiled maggi noodles

  5. 5

    Now deep fry in hot oil.. fry on medium flame,till it turns golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
