Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together with your hands

Scoop out the mixture with tbsp and squeeze it in your hands

Roll the mixture between the palms of the hands to form a ball

Arrange the meat balls on a baking tray and bake at 200-250 degrees Celsius for 10-15 mins

Once cooked remove from oven and cool them on a rack
