8 servings

3potatoes boil and grate
200 gmsmutter boil and mash
1/2 bunchblanched methi
1 tbspchat masala
3shices if bread churned
2 tbspgreen chilli & ginger paste
1/4 cupcoriander
1 tbspsalt

Squeeze out excess water from methi.

Now mix all the above ings.
Divide the mixture into 15_20 balls equally.

Flaten them between ur palm to give the shape of kebabs.

Keep them in fridge for an hour.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry.

Serve hot with green chutney.
