Ingredients

90 mins
8 servings
  1. 3potatoes boil and grate
  2. 200 gmsmutter boil and mash
  3. 1/2 bunchblanched methi
  4. 1 tbspchat masala
  5. 3shices if bread churned
  6. 2 tbspgreen chilli & ginger paste
  7. 1/4 cupcoriander
  8. 1 tbspsalt

Steps

90 mins
  1. 1

    Squeeze out excess water from methi.

  2. 2

    Now mix all the above ings.
    Divide the mixture into 15_20 balls equally.

  3. 3

    Flaten them between ur palm to give the shape of kebabs.

  4. 4

    Keep them in fridge for an hour.
    Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green chutney.
