Wash and soak the dal for 2 hrs.

Now sieve and grind coarsely Without using water.

Now place the Dal in a bowl.

Add all ingredients and whisk the mixture very well.

Now sufficient heat the oil and low to medium heat.

Put Pakora as many balls.

Fry till light golden brown.

Remove it and cool in a room temperature.

When it's cool then cut the slices.

Before serving again deep fry the slices till crispy golden brown.

Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
