Ingredients

  1. As neededStrawberry
  2. 2Mango
  3. 1Pineapple
  4. As neededPomogranate
  5. 2Kiwi
  6. 30 gmMargerine
  7. 1 pinchBaking powder
  8. 70 gmSalted Butter
  9. 50 gmPowder Sugar
  10. 150 gmMaida
  11. 2 tspMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve maida and baking powder,keep aside
    Beat butter, margerine and sugar together till light and fluffy
    Add maida mix and milk and make a smooth dough
    Bake for 20 min at 150° c

    For filling:
    Cream cheese 50gms
    Fresh cream 50gms

  2. 2

    Method: beat both cream till stiff peak appears, refrigerate, layer with cream cheese mixture and
    Decorate with fresh fruits:
    Strawberry, kiwi, pomogranate, mango, pineapple, papaya, black grapes or blueberry, drizzle with chocolate sauce (used 7 fruits)

  3. 3

    For chocolate cups: 4
    Break milk chocolate compound and melt
    Take silicone muffin cups and coat the cups with melted chocolate, refrigerate for 20 min

    Layer the cups with cream cheese mixture and decorate it with fresh fruits
    Serve chilled
