Luo pan fried tilapia
The nice way to have your favourite fish
Steps

Clean fish with cold water

Drain excess water then slice the fish into small raws and place it in a plate

Apply 2 spoonful vinegar to the fish making sure it spreed through the fish then let it stay for 5 min

In a plate mix 3 spoonful all purpose flour, salt and royco
- 5
Take the fish and rub it in the mixture making sure it goes to all the places

Heat cooking oil in a pan till hot
- 7
Put the fish in the pan and let it cook slowly while it turns golden brown and do the same to the other side

When done serve while hot with Ugali and kachumbari
