Add carrots,eggs and oil in a blender and blend for atleast 5min

In a bowl mix flour,sugar & baking powder

Pour carrot,egg oil puree into the dry ingredients and mix

Place in your prefered cupcake pan and bake for 18 min at 180 degrees
