I just try out this different kebab, but really very tasty. Macaroni, pasta is a very rare ingredient for kebab, here I'm used coconut for coating, so it produce sweeten flavour and also very crispy.

I just try out this different kebab, but really very tasty. Macaroni, pasta is a very rare ingredient for kebab, here I'm used coconut for coating, so it produce sweeten flavour and also very crispy.
Steps

Take 1/2cup of macaroni in a pan add water, little salt and 1tsp oil. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for boiling. Check whether it is cooked or not.

Once it cooked, strain the water and keep aside

Heat oil in pan add chopped onion, green chilli, and ginger, saute it well

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala.

Add macaroni mixed with all spices, finally add the smashed potato, coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Heat oil in a pan

At the same time another bowl beat the egg with salt and keep aside

Another plate take grated coconut for coating kebabs

Take each balls of macaroni mixture, u can make different shapes of kebabs. Dip the egg and again coated with the grated coconut and put into the hot oil.

Turn both sides, once it form light brown in colour, remove the kebabs from the plate

Now the kebabs ready to serve
