Ingredients

  • 2leftover roties or fresh roties
  • 1/2 cupdahi
  • 1/2 cupsooji
  • 1/4 cupoats
  • 1/4 cupgrated carrot,cauliflower
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped tomatoes,capsicum,cabbage,and onions
  • 1/4 cupchopped Coriander
  • 2 tspmalai
  • To tasteSalt and red or green chillies
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 tsp rai for tampering
  • 1 cubecheese (optional)
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and put all vegetables,Suji,oats,dahi, malai,coriander and mix well

  2. 2

    Now add little water as per need

  3. 3

    Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste and keep a side for 5 min

  4. 4

    Spread is ready for Roti pizza

  5. 5

    Take rotie spread the mixture on one side of roti

  6. 6

    Put nonstick tava on gass

  7. 7

    Put 1/4 tsp oil on the tava when oil is hot add little rai and crack

  8. 8

    Now put spread side of Roti on the tava and cook at medium flame for few min

  9. 9

    Turn the Roti and sprinkle cheese and cover it with led for 2min at low flame

  10. 10

    Cheese will be melt

  11. 11

    Turnoff the gas and cut the Roti with knife or pizza cutter

  12. 12

    Serve it with katchup
