Take a bowl and put all vegetables,Suji,oats,dahi, malai,coriander and mix well

Now add little water as per need

Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste and keep a side for 5 min

Spread is ready for Roti pizza

Take rotie spread the mixture on one side of roti
- 6
Put nonstick tava on gass
- 7
Put 1/4 tsp oil on the tava when oil is hot add little rai and crack
- 8
Now put spread side of Roti on the tava and cook at medium flame for few min
- 9
Turn the Roti and sprinkle cheese and cover it with led for 2min at low flame

Cheese will be melt

Turnoff the gas and cut the Roti with knife or pizza cutter

Serve it with katchup
