Mix all the filling ingredients and make a dough.

Keep aside that dough.

Wash the mirchi and cut into lengthwise and remove all seeds but not remove stem.

Fill them with the prepared potato mixture.

Now make a smooth and lump free batter of dropping consistency by mixing gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric and water.

Dip the stuffed chillies in the better and deep fry in medium hot oil.

Serve with sause.
