Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 10Large green bharva chilli
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. 1 pinchbaking soda
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  6. For stuffing -
  7. 4 boiled and mashed potato
  8. 1/2 spoonDry mango powder
  9. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 spooncoriander powder
  11. 2-3green chilli chopped
  12. 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  13. 1/2 spoonchat masala
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the filling ingredients and make a dough.

  2. 2

    Keep aside that dough.

  3. 3

    Wash the mirchi and cut into lengthwise and remove all seeds but not remove stem.

  4. 4

    Fill them with the prepared potato mixture.

  5. 5

    Now make a smooth and lump free batter of dropping consistency by mixing gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric and water.

  6. 6

    Dip the stuffed chillies in the better and deep fry in medium hot oil.

  7. 7

    Serve with sause.
