Ingredients

  • 1 cupCrumbled Paneer
  • 3Boiled potatoes medium
  • 1Chopped Onion large
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 2 spoonChopped green chillies
  • 2 spoonChopped green coriander
  • 1/2 cupMaida or cornflour
  • 1/2 cupPoha powder or bread crumbs
  • 1Egg
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make a shape as you desire.

    Mix salt in egg and beat it well keep aside.

    Coat with maida or corn flour, then egg and then in poha powder or bread crumbs.

    Fry in oil till it gets golden colour.

    Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
