A delicious side that goes with everything and keeps for days in the fridge!

Wash and dry the tomatillos and peppers. Use any type and amount of peppers you like.

Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil. Adjust the amount of oil depending on how many tomatillos and peppers you use. You don't need to fully submerge the ingredients, just enough to fry them.

Once the oil is hot, add the halved tomatillos, peppers, onion, and garlic.

Cook for 5 minutes, then turn everything over and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Once browned, transfer everything to a blender and add salt.
