Meatloaf gratin
My daughter sends me craving snaps of recipes. I then have to translate them to what I have on ✋ hand. This was fun

Steps

I lined the cake pan with hashbrown patties.

I formed mini meatloaves or could be meatballs. Set on on the hashbrown patties

Set the zucchini slices between the loaves.

Topped with mixture of creme fraiche & bottled Alfredo sauce

Topped pan with aluminum foil and bake until meatloaf is thoroughly cooked. I used thermometer until 190 but I am no expert.

Take off foil & let rest a couple minutes. Great with a simple salad or veggies of choice.
