  • to tasteRed chilli powder and little green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededFresh Coriander and curry leaves
  • 1 tbspSoaked chana dal
  • 1 tspGrated ginger (optional)
  • 1Long slices of onions medium size

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients shown in the pic dont add too much water, it should be easy to spread on pan

    Spread evenly on pan, sprinkle sesame seeds, put holes and drizzle little oil on holes and corners, cover the lid and cook on low flame

    When it turns all over crispy, time to remove from pan
