Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 250 gmsKhoya
  2. as neededMaida very little just for binding
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1 Pinchcardamom powder
  5. as neededGhee or oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix khoya and maida smoothly and make a round or ur fav long shape balls

    Heat a pan add ghee don't let the ghee smoke out..

  3. 3

    On the other side boil sugar and water till it gets a string consistency, you can keep the sugar level according to ur taste

  4. 4

    Fry on a low flame till you get a brown or black colour, i made few brown and black

  5. 5

    After frying soak in the sugar syrup

    It's a handle with care process do gently and carefully.. Rather than ready-made packet ones this method taste really good
