Ingredients

20 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 3.5 ozdried pork rinds (about 100 grams)
  2. 8Roma tomatoes
  3. Morita chiles, to taste
  4. 1garlic clove
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. as neededVegetable oil,

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the tomatoes and cook them with the morita chiles to taste (I used 8 chiles). Blend them with the garlic clove and salt.

    Heat a little oil in a skillet and fry the blended mixture. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the pork rinds in pieces and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
