Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 50 gmsmagarine
  3. 1tbspoon of salt
  4. 3egg pcs
  5. 100 gmsbaking flour
  6. 250 gramsbread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your washed potatoes. When nicely boiled and ready peel them.

    Place your peeled potatoes in a conical strainer and them place them in a mixing bowl. Add your 2 pinches of salt.

    Put in your 50 gms of magarine and your 2 egg yolks and rub them in together till its equally mixed.

    Mould your mashed potatoes in cylindrical or your desired shapes.then pass them over flour.

    After your done beat and egg then pass them over the egg then pass them over the breadcrumbs till theyre fully covered.

    Deepfry them till the brown and let them drain oil.they are best served when hot
