Croquette Sandwich

We often have bread for breakfast on our days off so I've tried making a lot of variations, but croquette sandwiches are a favorite.

In our family, we've been making these with croquettes bought at a prepared-food store for a long time.

In step 1, if you toast the bread and warm the croquettes together in the toaster oven, it's convenient.

Use your favorite croquettes. Homemade, from a prepared food store, from the butcher, frozen ones, and so on.

If you use hamburger buns, it's a croquette burger. Recipe by Karupinetto
