Croquette Sandwich

We often have bread for breakfast on our days off so I've tried making a lot of variations, but croquette sandwiches are a favorite.
In our family, we've been making these with croquettes bought at a prepared-food store for a long time.
In step 1, if you toast the bread and warm the croquettes together in the toaster oven, it's convenient.
Use your favorite croquettes. Homemade, from a prepared food store, from the butcher, frozen ones, and so on.
If you use hamburger buns, it's a croquette burger. Recipe by Karupinetto

Potato Croquette Sandwich Potato Croquette Sandwich
I had leftover croquettes and didn't want to put them in the freezer, so I thought I'd make a sandwich with them. This really is delicious. I highly recommend it.Generally, you should use a large croquette. If you want crispier cabbage, put it in the sandwich after toasting instead. When cutting the sandwich, if you press the knife evenly down on the surface (rather than sawing), it makes for a more visually appealing cut. Recipe by Muuko cookpad.japan -

My mother taught me this recipe, which I have eaten since I was a child. You can make this easily if you use store bought croquettes. It's still good if you skip the mirin and just use sugar. But it'll taste better if you increase the amount of sugar in that case. These simmered croquettes also taste great when chilled.Making this with ground beef is also tasty.. Cabbage Egg Sandwich Cabbage Egg Sandwich
Recipe from the Movie ‘Little Forest’Fluffy mashed eggs meet finely shredded cabbage, gently tossed with creamy mayonnaise, then tucked between soft slices of bread. Just like in the film Little Forest, seasonal cabbage reveals its nutty aroma and delicate sweetness the more you chew — best enjoyed raw to capture its true freshness. The crisp sweetness of cabbage, the rich softness of egg, and the pillowy bread come together in perfect harmony, making every bite full of flavor.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7IcI07652Hw All Day Meal -
