Maggie is favourite to all. Now to get the indian flavour cumin seeds are used.
Steps

Chopped all the vegetables into small cube shape. Chopped green chilies and ginger very finely.

Boil the maggi and keep them aside.

In the pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add cumin seeds. Then add the potatoes and fry them.

When the potatoes are fried almost add all the chopped vegetables. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix them very well.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook them. When the vegetables cook properly then add the boiled maggi.

Add the maggi masala and fry them well. When it is ready serve it in 2 plates.

Now in the pan heat the oil and poach the eggs one by one. Add pinch of salt on the poach and place them on the maggi.

Garnish them with cucumber and serve it hot.
