# Eid Desserts - recipe to be included in the contest
An amazingly simple and yet shahi recipe. One of my favourite ramzan desserts since childhood. Sharing this recipe with a slight twist.
Steps

Boil milk. Lower the flame add sugar and reduce milk till thin creamy rabri is formed. Add 2tsp kesar syrup and mix. Keep aside.

Spread butter on bread slices. Toast on a pan on medium flame till crispy.

Place the bread slices on the dish to be served.
- 4
Pour the creamy rabri nicely covering all the bread slices.
- 5
Garnish with 1tsp of kesari syrup and some chopped nuts. Refrigerate for an hour.

Serve cold.
