I have wanted to have my own homemade ice-cream for a while and I am surprised at how good and yummy it came out...

I collected my cream over time and preserved it in the freezer till I got the needed amount.

For the condensed milk I made it at home instead of buying from the store... Very easy just buy milk and boil it till all cream is over, then let the milk simmer. In this case I used 500ml milk.. Pour in sugar in the ratio as milk and let it simmer under low heat. If in a hurry you can increase heat and stir a few times for sugar to dissolve, let it simmer till the milk starts turning yellow and another thick. Let it cool and your condensed milk is ready

In a blender add the cream at room temperature together with the condensed milk and mangoes... Blend till all ingredients are fully combined.

Pour in an airtight container for storage in the freezer.. Patience is needed...

This is our result after freezing for 12hours
