Mix besan pinch of salt, turmeric with sufficient water to make it thick paste

Pass it through sev press and deep fry on medium flame
- 3
Meanwhile take sugar in thick bottom vessel, add one and half glass water and make syrup. When syrup is boiling add cardamom powder.

When sugar syrup is dropped on a plate it should sit like a pearl.
- 5
Add fried sev into hot sugar syrup. Fry dry fruits and cloves in ghee and add to this mixture. Make laddus when the mixture is still hot
