2small finger carrot diced
2scotch bonnet pepper sliced
1knorr cube

Break egg and whisk, add onions,pepper,knorr cube,greenbeans,carrot and mix very well.

Add vegetable oil in a pan, heat up for 2 min then pour egg, after 1 min flip the other side to cook for another 2min.

After which, remove and place in a plate and serve.
