Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4medium tomatoes (about 2.2 pounds/1 kilogram)
  2. 2 bunchesparsley, washed and drained
  3. 1 bunchfresh mint
  4. 1/2 bunchgreen onions
  5. 1/4 cupfine bulgur (about 40 grams)
  6. 3lemons
  7. 1little olive oil
  8. Salt
  9. 1little vinegar, for washing
  10. For garnish:
  11. Lemon
  12. 1 headromaine lettuce

  1. 1

    Wash the vegetables thoroughly with vinegar and salt to disinfect, then drain well.

  2. 2

    Finely chop the parsley, mint, green onions, and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Serve the tabbouleh in a glass bowl and garnish with romaine lettuce and lemon.

  4. 4

    Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons and add olive oil to taste, salt, and a sprinkle of fine bulgur.
