Nellore fish pulusu
Steps

Add oil to a flat pan and once it is hot add fenugreek seeds and saute it and then add chopped onions and fry it till it is transparent

Add chopped tomato and saute it.add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, mango pieces and saute it till oil oozes out.

Add tamarind juice and let it boil.

Add fish pieces to it and cook it.check for chilli powder and salt and add accordingly.reverse the fish pieces once.

Add fenugreek powder and coriander leaves and simmer for 5 minutes
