You can make a lode of the burger and freeze them it's worth the time you put it and it always tastes fresh.

Grate the bread into crumbs then put in the oven for 5 minutes making sure they are not too brown

Peel and Chop up the celeriac and the potatoes remove any starch with water you should rinse about 3 times.

Cook the celeriac for 5 minutes before you put in the potatoes and boil untill you can mash it.

Peel and Chop the carrots and boil in a different pan until you can mash it.

Put the celeriac and carrots in a bowl and mash together.

Form the mixture into burgers and bread crumb the outside of the burgers.

Tip// you can put these in the freezer and get them whenever you want so you don't have to use them all.

Put the chicken in a pan and while that's cooking next is the cheese sauce.

Put a tea spoon of butter in a pan until it's melted then add half a tub of cream put it on a low heat or the cream will curdle next add 1 teaspoon of mustard add a handful of cheese and taste

Cook the burgers in a pan

Finally garnish with spinach and parsley
