First wash the fruits and cut it into pieces.Take a big bowl and put the chopped fruits in it.Add salt and chat masala.Add lemon juice and mix it with spoons.Our fruit salad is ready.Put soaked almonds and dry pumpkin seeds over the fruits salad.

Take almonds,Pumpkin seeds, and walnuts and grind it into grinder.

Grind it again by adding one cup of cold milk and one spoon of sugar to it.

Our healthy milkshake is ready.

Put egg white in a bowl and add chopped onions,add salt and mix well with the spoon.

Put non stick utensil on the gas,put a teaspoon olive oil on it and cook the eggs white.Put it on a plate when cooked.

Put two spoons olive oil in non stick pan and add two multigrain bread slices and roast both sides.Place omelette and lettuce on one bread slice.Cover it with other bread Slice.Sprinkle black pepper over the sandwich.
