Homemade Granola
My first trial of Granola. Make healthy snack to accompany the yoghurt.
Steps

In a pan, melt the butter. Add the rolled oats. Pan fry it to mix well with the butter.

Add the chopped nuts, chopped berries and seeds. Add honey.

Mix it well for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture on the baking tray or bowl.

Place it in the oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes at 120°C until golden brown. Once in a time, open the oven and stir it a moment.

Serve your Granola with a bowl of yoghurt and fruits.

Notes. I like my granola not too sticky/ loose. If you like some sticky/lumpy granola, you may add 1-2 tablespoon egg white and mix it with the mixture.
