Take chhach..in a pan add 100 Gm besan and mix well as smooth paste.mix 2ltr water.

Heat a pan...boil it on simmer gas flame

Mix turmeric and salt

After half an hour it will mix as thick paste.

Another side of gass fry pakoras..

Method of pakoras

Take100 gm besan mix..chopped onion. coriander leaves.

Add water for thick paste.

Add chopped ginger and garlic

Salt..red chilli powder.

Make small bolls..and fry into the oil till red.

Mix pakoras in heated besan chaach paste

For tadka..

Heat 2 spoon oil add curry leaves. Heeng..red chilli.. dhaniya

Seeds..sarson seeds for tadka.. chopped ginger...garlic.and onion

Put into the ready curry,,garnish with.coriander leaves.

Serve with boiled rice or zeera rice.
