Ingredients

12 Minutes
2 8 oz Jars
  1. ● For The Compote
  2. 3 CupsChopped Strawberries
  3. 3 CupsSliced Bananas
  4. 1 CupChopped Pineapple
  5. 3 tbspOrange Juice
  6. 3 tbspPineapple Juice
  7. 1/2 tspLemon Zest
  8. 1 tspLemon Juice
  9. 1 tbspGranulated Sugar [more if you prefer a sweeter compote]
  10. 1/3 tspDried Mint
  11. 1/4 tspVanilla Extract
  12. 2 DashesGround Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

12 Minutes
  1. 1

    Here's the bulk of what you'll need in steps 1 & 2.

    Your cinnamon and dried mint pictured.

  3. 3

    Chop or slice all of your fruits.

  4. 4

    Bring your juices and seasonings to a simmer.

  5. 5

    Add fruits to pan and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes or, until fluids have dissolved. Gently stir regularly.

    Jar while hot and flip jars upside down to seal. Enjoy!
