Milagai Podi Oats Idli
Steps

Roast oats in a tawa on low flame. Cool down & grind to powder. Roast sooji. Keep aside & let it cool down

In a mixing bowl combine oats powder,roasted sooji, curd,salt,1/2 tsp podi masala & lil bit water to make thick batter. Cover & keep aside for 5-6 minutes. Steam in idli maker until done.

Sprinkle podi masala on top & serve with green coconut chutney
