150 gmVermicelli
1 tspSalt
1Onian chopped
1Carrot chopped
1Capsicum chopped
As neededCurry Leaves
2Green chillies chopped
3-4 tspOil

In a pan add oil. Add onion and curry leaves. Sauté.

Add vermicelli and fry for 3 minutes. Add water (1/2 cup) add salt and vegetables.mix well cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
