  • 2 tablespooncastor sugar(or any sweetener)
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 tablespoondesiccated coconut

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl,microwave on high 2 minutes, turn out on a plate and slice and enjoy
