Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan
  2. 1 tbspRice flour
  3. 1 tablespoonRava
  4. 1 cupPaneer grated
  5. 1/2Carrot grated
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspOil
  8. 1 tspChilli powder
  9. 2 tbspCoriander chopped fine
  10. 2Green chilli chopped fine
  11. 1 tspChat Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate paneer.

    Mix besan,rava and rice flour.Add water and make thin batter.Add salt,green chilli and spices.

    Grease non stick pan with oil.Spread the batter.When it turns brown flip it.Spread paneer and carrot.Sprinkle it with chopped dhania.

    Roll it.Slice it. Sprinkle chat masala over slices.

    Have this quick breakfast with sauce or chutney.
