2big slice Yam
1tlbsp Sugar
1/2 tspSalt
2Fresh pepper
5tlbsp Golden morn
1Egg

Boil yam with water and salt till is soft.

Pound with fresh pepper

Add sugar and mould

Whisk egg
5

Measure out the golden morn

Dip the yam kebab in egg then golden moon repeat again
7

Heat up vegetable oil and fry in a medium heat
8

Turn for the underneath to fry as well put in a skwer
