5 mlbaking powder
8 mlground ginger

Melt butter in a saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients in

Stir in sugar. Sift flour, baking powder and ginger into a saucepan

Mix until combined. Press into a square tin bake at 180'c for 20 minutes or until lightly golden

Cut into squares and enjoy with hot tea
