4-5capsicum
2-3potatoes
2onions
2tomatoes
1 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspcoriander powder
To tastesalt
as neededOil

Steps

Heat oil in a wok,add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add tomato and dry spices, saute till leave the oil.

Add sliced potatoes and capsicum mix well.

Cover and cook till soft the veggies.

When soft the veggies add garam masala.

Serve with Paratha.
