Ingredients

  1. 2 packagescoleslaw mix
  2. Green onions, thinly sliced
  3. 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  4. 1/4 cupslivered almonds
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 2 tbsphoney
  8. 2 1/2tspn sesame oil
  9. 1/4 cupsugar
  10. 1/3 cuprice wine or Apple cider vinegar
  11. Ramen noodles or chow mein noodles, use as much as would like

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine sugar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Cool after done cooking.

  2. 2

    Put butter in a pan and roast the sunflower seeds and almonds until they turn light brown. Be sure not to overcook and burn them.

  3. 3

    Thinly slice the green onions

  4. 4

    Combine coleslaw, onions, sunflower seeds, and almonds in a large bowl. Pour cooled dressing over and mix.

  5. 5

    Add ramen noodles or chow mein noodles immediately before serving. Mix them into mixture well.

  6. 6

    Side note: I like alot of dressing so i tend to double the dressing mix but it's not necessary.
