In a mixing bowl combine all the chopped veggies & paneer.add the seasonings. Mix until all is well combined.

Apply hummus spread on all the 4 bread slices

Take a spoonful of mixture & spread it on of the bread

Cover with another slice bread. Apply olive oil & place it in the toaster.

Grill until done

Serve hot with dips of ur choice
