Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 100 gramred lentil
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2-3garlic cloves crushed
  • 1dry red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil
  • As neededwater
  • 1 tablespooncoriander leaves chopped

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the daal or pressure cook it

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper red chilli whole and crushed garlic

  3. 3

    Saute well adding onion chopped

  4. 4

    Add the daal and mix salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Bring it to boil

  6. 6

    Add coriander leaves chopped and serve
