Ingredients

10-15 min
2 serving
  • 1 ltrMilk full cream
  • 5-6 piecesBread slices
  • 1/2 cupCondensed milk or sugar
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspCashew nuts and almonds
  • 1 pinchSaffron (optoinal)

Steps

10-15 min
  1. 1

    Heat deep pan and add whole milk and stir. Reduced the milk in low flame.

  2. 2

    Add cardamom powder, condesed milk/sugar and nice stir.

  3. 3

    Add some dry fruits and mix. Now add the saffron milk to the boiling and keep stirring.

  4. 4

    Take bread slices, trim the corners.

  5. 5

    Take a small lid and press it gently on the bread slices into small circles. At the time of serving take a bowl add the rabri and drop the bread rounds.

  6. 6

    Garnishing with some almonds and pinch off saffron & serve it always cold.
