Boil and mashed potatoes.Add all spices, ginger, green chillies.On a bread slice place potatoes mixture and club with another bread slice.

Keep a layer of Paneer slice on the bread slice and spread 2 tsp of mint Chutney and club with another bread slice.

Spread tomatoes sauce on top of the bread slice and club with another bread slice.

Take a bowl add gramflour, chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and water.Mix well forming a thick batter.

Apply the batter on prepared bread Slices from all sides.

Deep fry the bread pakora until it is cooked well and crispy from all the sides.

Cut the fried bread pakora into 4 slices on getting cool.Serve.
