Steps

Sliced the paneer into small cubes

Add 1/2 cup cornflour,1/2 cup flour, 2 Table spoon ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 cup water,salt to taste. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 mins.

Heat refined oil in a pan. Deep fry the marinated paneer cubes.soak it in a tissue paper.

Now serve Fried Paneer with tomato sauce and Sprinkle rock salt allover it.
