Dosa is all time fav and this ragi dosa is more healthier

Gring mungdal and make fine paste

In a bowl take all dry flours,mungdal paste,salt

Heat the pan smear a bit oil with a slice of onion

Pour buttermilk and make a thin batter without any lumps and keep a side for 15 -20 minutes

With a ladle pour the dosa batter from the edges towards the center
- 6
Sprinkle 1 tsp of oil from the top
- 7
Let the base becomes golden and crisp flip and cook the other side when both the sides are cooked remove the dosa from the pan

Serve the ragi dosa hot with coconut chutney.
