In a big bowl take gram flour add curd, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder and everything well.

Add 2 cup water and make a smooth batter, there should be no lumps in the batter.

Now pour the the batter in a saucepan and put on low flame.

Keep on stirring to avoid lumps, just do the plate test when u form the roll the batter is ready to spread.

Quickly pour about 1/2 cup of batter on a large plate, spread thinly and evenly.

You have to be quick with the remaining batter because even a bit of cooling it's difficult to spread.

After spreading allow it to cool.

Cut into equal size stips.

Gently roll tightly and place all khandvi rolls in a plate.

Heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds, curd leaves and pour over khandvi rolls.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve..
