Wash dal and poha and soak for 5-6hrs add fruit salt.

Now grind dal mixture and add curd and formate for5-6hrs. Consistency should be not loose and not so thick

Now add turmeric powder, salt hing and ginger chilli paste and mix well

Beat dal with hand properly

Put steamer on flame and add water for boiling

Now add 1/2t.spoon eno and add 1t.spoon hot water and 1-2t.spoon butter or oil. and mix well with hand

Now Grease plate with oil and pour batter and steam for 12-15mins. sprinkle garam masala

Serve hot drizzle oil chopped onion and nylon sev
