Ingredients

  1. 3 cupschana dal
  2. 1 cupUrad dal
  3. 1 cuppoha
  4. 2-3 tbsp curd
  5. 1/2 tsp fruit salt
  6. salt as par taste
  7. 1/2 tsp eno
  8. 3-4green chilli
  9. 20 gmsginger
  10. 1/2 tsp hing
  11. 1/4 tsp garam masala sprinkle
  12. as neededCoriander chutney
  13. oil or butter for drizzle
  14. as neededNylon sev
  15. 2chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash dal and poha and soak for 5-6hrs add fruit salt.

  2. 2

    Now grind dal mixture and add curd and formate for5-6hrs. Consistency should be not loose and not so thick

  3. 3

    Now add turmeric powder, salt hing and ginger chilli paste and mix well

  4. 4

    Beat dal with hand properly

  5. 5

    Put steamer on flame and add water for boiling

  6. 6

    Now add 1/2t.spoon eno and add 1t.spoon hot water and 1-2t.spoon butter or oil. and mix well with hand

  7. 7

    Now Grease plate with oil and pour batter and steam for 12-15mins. sprinkle garam masala

  8. 8

    Serve hot drizzle oil chopped onion and nylon sev

  9. 9

    Healthy tasty snacks is ready to serve with corriender chutney and oil or butter.
